Brought in my sons 2012 Altima for a 60K service around noon. I explained to Christian , our service writer , that my son was in town for Christmas break and that it was important to have it done pretty quickly due to him having to return to school for sports. I went to Nissian Nelson because i was interested in a 2015 Dodge Challenger, and as soon as me and my husband arrived there the car was already in front waiting for us to test drive. Overall had a good experience and i ended up walking out with a great car.

We had a comfortable place to enjoy some coffee as we visited with the exceptional sales lady Susie Gentleman who sold us our Nissan juke. Bought daughter car on her 16th Birthday. After little bit of negotiation we were able to come to agreement on sales price. After leaving we did come across an issue with the windows on car. I took my Titan in for a complaint of Front seats not working properly, and engine light. I was told that I needed a new BCM, and a catalytic converter. The repair would be around $ 2,000.00, I also added a trans service, rear breaks, and window lubrication, to me that's a big chunk of change. I had set an appointment for the service on my wife's CX-5 as required by warranties. Very courteous treatment and fair time on wait. The reason for the raiting is that during and after the sales process the advantages of using Mazda oil was stressed more than once. After reviewing my rect at home I see that the oil used was Castrol. This dealership continues to trip over its own feet with me.
